This was my first time boarding my dog so I was a little nervous about it. But I couldn’t be more thrilled with the communication and experience. Thank you for taking care of my Oakley girl!
Excellent boarding and play day establishment! I’m super glad I found them and trust them implicitly with my Retriever, Piper. I highly recommend Savy Paws, five stars.
An awesome staff and owner who are very caring. The facility is immaculate and well maintained. My pup always comes home happy, tired and clean. You can't go wrong with Savy Paws. Highly recommended 👌
We just picked up our three boys from two weeks of boarding and we’re very happy with the experience. We were very worried as we had never taken them to an open concept kennel like this, we didn’t know how they would interact with other dogs, so we called and texted quite a bit during the first few days of our trip. The staff was very accommodating in giving us updates on how they were doing, and apparently the boys loved it. When we picked them up they were all bathed and ready to go. We will be back for sure.
Our lab mix is a climber, not just a fence jumper! Savy Paws has recognized this and is VERY good about how to handle her, esp when we board her. Always keeps us informed, super friendly, professional. She ain’t going anywhere else! A very well run establishment, staff excellent.
You can expect excellent customer service and a clean facility. It’s a joy working with all of the staff and we look forward to our play days. Highly recommend!
Our goldendoodle, Brooklyn, will be 4 in October. She has a few idiosyncrasies (don't we all? LOL!) We have been bringing her 2-3 times a week since she was about 8 months old, while my husband and I both work . I love that they monitor where she should be according to her behavior/attitude each day. Sometimes she hangs with the big dogs, sometime the little ones. Sometimes inside, sometime outside. I just know most days she loves going and she comes home exhausted. I did find out that she's a barker there, which totally surprised me as the only time she barks at home is when my husband makes her "woof" when he takes her for a walk. Or sometimes when someone walks past our home. But when I tell her t be quiet, she typically stops. I understand changes are coming n October but I am unaware of what they are. I hope I can still purchase a 30 day full day pass for a cash discount. That certainly helps those of us who don't make much more than minimum wage and who still believe in treating our dogs like the 4 legged family members they are:) Thank you for being such a valued and solid resource for us.
